Rhodora P. Morales
President and COO
Rhodora “Doray” P. Morales is a class act in business. Empress of her own companies, she has reaped success in consultancy, real-estate and land development projects, logistics, pharmaceuticals, travel and tours, and entertainment productions, among others. She also serves as the current Chairwoman and President of Paragon Business Consultancy Inc., and a Senior Partner at SolarBio.
With her Midas touch in business, she is considered a Lioness, the queen of the forest. Known to be strong-willed and frank, she has no qualms when dealing with her business partners or clients. She does not cringe on taking calculated risks that may lead to positive business prospects. Honesty and integrity combined with commitment are among her core values which she believes are the main foundation of a good businesswoman, and are key factors to thrive and be successful in the business world. Her mission to uplift the lives of Filipinos and even communities abroad intertwines with that of Grand Smart Holding Corporation.
Beyond her strong aura though is a loving mother with a big heart. Not just to her children, but also to her workforce and fellowmen. She makes sure that she is able to give back to the community. Philanthropy is a commitment Morales embraces in her inmost being and, as such, drives her to deepening her well-off resources to keep the cycle going. She has contributed to producing young professionals out of college and sending Filipinos of various disciplines to compete in contests and championships abroad, among them a long line of A-lister beauty queens. Confidently, she said that the Filipinos’ indomitable spirit brings about victory.
She advices aspiring entrepreneurs to not be afraid of taking risks. From her experiences, she knows that life doesn’t always present you with the perfect opportunity at the perfect time. But when you take risks and they work out, they lead to new capabilities you never saw before.
Renan Ponce P. Morales
Vice President
Renan Ponce Pascual-Morales, or “Bespren” as what his friends and constituents normally call him, is a public servant, sports enthusiasts, entrepreneur and visionary. He is an advocate of different charitable causes.
As a businessman who has a passion for learning, he believes that a person must continue to sharpen his skills no matter the age and circumstances. In line with this, he continues to take Business, Personality Development and Leadership courses in Harvard University and Asia Metropolitan University.
In 2015, he founded the Bespren ng Bayan Foundation which provides assistance to out-of-school youths, rape victims, women caught in sex trafficking, people with disabilities (PWDs), people with substance abuse disorder, and senior citizens who are neglected. “Helping them get into school, be involved in sports, and establish structure in their lives are just mediums. What I really want to do is help build people’s empathy for others”. Following her mother’s footsteps, Rhodora Pascual-Morales, he makes sure to give back to the community.
Morales shares that it is a wonderful feeling to see these people rebuild their lives as they obtain gainful employment, strengthen family ties, and become serious about their faith. “It’s also great to see them start small businesses and make it grow”, he added.
Renan has also been supporting different sports group, such as the National Basketball League, LGU Volleyball Tournaments, Paralympic Athletes and Philippine Memory Sports. As a sportsman himself, he enjoys speed and adrenaline rush. He is a professional racer, and has been a multiple champion in National and International Car and Super Bike racing tournaments. Among his accolades include being a World Champion in a Ferrari Racing Cup held in Fiorano, Italy. He is deeply passionate in utilizing his skills and expertise to help make Grand Smart Holding Corporation continue to be an internationally renowned company. As one of the company’s directors, he now dedicates his time in applying what he has learned from his management and leadership courses to deal with Grand Smart’s business ventures, while continuing his volunteer works that help uplift the lives of his Kababayans.
Erika Bushra P. Morales
Vice President – Finance
Erika Bushra P. Morales is a woman who speaks her mind and would rather hit you with the truth than play it safe. Honesty and integrity are at the core of everything she does.
Inspired by her mother, Rhodora Pascual-Morales, she took up Business Management in University of Sunderland, London and Business Analytics in The Wharton School, Pennsylvania. This helped and armed her in making important business decisions. Her intense desire to help her family and continue her mother’s legacy is her greatest motivation.
Among her most satisfying moment in the industry was being able to revive a gaming business which was on the verge of closing down. It has not been profitable and draining out money for months before she entered. With zero experience in that field during that time, she did anything humanly possible and spent sleepless nights to save it. She recalled that she can’t bear to see more than a hundred people losing their jobs. “Don’t be afraid to try and experiment until you find what’s best”, she says.
Erika just wants a simple and comfortable life. During her spare time, she does Practical Shooting and takes pride in her skills in that sport. She’s also a champion in stock car racing. From a family who finds joy in philanthropy, she also does charity works. Not known to many, she also drives around and gives out food to people on the streets.
As the company’s Vice-President of Finance, she brings her work ethic and ingenious ideas to help Grand Smart Holding Corporation achieve its goals. She pursues her craft and tries to get better each day. She notably said that she follows the guidance of her Nanay Rhodora P. Morales and Tito Leandro “Ditoy” R. Atayde Jr., whom she considers as her most significant business influencers and mentors.
Erika’s passion is in being part of businesses that provides meaning and impact. She is now set to have a major role in 2 upcoming land development projects of Grand Smart: 1) Darussalam Heights – which aims to provide housing for Muslim families; and 2) Bespren Ville – for Christian families. She is also the
Co-founder of Medbase Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Rrenika Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Solutions Inc.
“Don’t limit yourself, don’t stop learning”, these are the words she lives by and want to share to others. Her heart’s desire is to continue helping more people by creating and maintaining jobs, sustaining the needs of their employees and their families, as well as her own family in the future.
Anne Bernadette D. Bonita

Anne Bernadette Bonita is an International Memory Enhancement Speaker and Mind Sports Athlete who represented the Philippines in Int’l and World Memory Sports Competitions. She propagated Mind Sports in the country by promoting awareness about mind empowerment through mental athletics and brought it to a broader audience.
Her team of coaches catered to different age groups from kids to senior citizens, so that no one will be left behind. She has been a Producer of Mind Sports Champions not just in the Philippines, but in other countries as well.
Bonita has also produced several class Valedictorians, Academic Excellence Awardees, and Board Exam Passers. Moreover, she has conducted memory enhancement seminars/workshops across the globe and has coached several professionals such as Lawyers, Doctors, Engineers, Managers, Supervisors, Deans, Businessmen, Leaders, Celebrities, and Owners of multinational companies.
Among her advocacy is to make a Sharper Memory Movement across the country and help ordinary people to boost their performance at school, work, and business, as well as improve lives by having a powerful and healthy brain. In business, she helps different companies to maximize sales and boost the performance of each part of the company, from employee to CEO, by teaching them techniques on how to remember better. Helping people remove their fear of forgetting important information, teaching how to make presentations without notes, and remembering names, as well as other important details of clients are among the things she specializes in, thus boosting the confidence of each person who attends her seminars.

RAMONCITO “Mon” ROCO ROBLES, a Bicolano, is an experienced multi-lingual, particularly in English, Spanish, and Arabic. He was a former professor at the following universities: Ateneo de Naga University, University of Nueva Caceres, Collegio de Sta. Isabel and University of Northeastern Philippines. He also serves as a Project Management Consultant at SolarBio and other Grand Smart Holding Corporation affiliated companies.
Mon has 22 years of experience in the Middle East, serving the late HRH King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud as Head of Private Affairs and Al Mirmah Group of Companies in Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as project manager. He was also a former Municipal Councilor and Vice Mayor in the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur for 15 years. He has been engaged in Mining Industry for 3 years as Mining Operator, concerning the operations for Iron Ore, Magnetite Sand, Marine Sand, River Sand, and Gold in Singapore under Jurong Project, Albay, Zambales, Davao Oriental and Surigao.
With his hunger for knowledge, he took up Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology ,and Bachelor of Arts in Management at Colegio De San Juan De Letran. And while in Public Service, he took the following Masteral Degree Courses: Masters in Public Governance at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Masters in Business Administration at the University of Nueva Caceres Naga City, and Masters in Public Administration at the Partido College Goa, Camarines Sur. The learnings, knowledge, and experiences he acquired evidently showed that he was truly eager to strengthen, uplift and make a difference in people’s lives for a better community.
He believes that you don’t have to be in a Government position for you to be able to help other people. You can do it with compassion, kindness, humility, and love in your heart. For him, you are not just a public servant but a good leader.
Live your Life with Purpose, according to Matthew 5:16 “Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.” He always believed that living your life with purpose would be the best not only for yourself, but most importantly for others who needs your helping hand.
His cousin, Rhodora “Tita Doray” Pascual-Morales, was his influence to engage in this business. He is very much grateful and felt blessed for the chance that she gave, and for the trust and belief in his expertise. Mon always gives his best shot in everything that he does, and closing deals are the most fulfilling moment for him.
He advices those who are struggling to fulfill their dreams. He believes that everyone has their own power to shine. It is just a matter of working smart and striving hard to achieve your goals in life.
Reading books, watching educational programs, having coffee, and sharing ideas with experienced and intelligent people are among the things he loves doing to widen his business skills. And of course, spending quality time with his family and friends are among his favorites after a very long hard work.
