In the bustling landscape of educational institutions, there exists a beacon of hope and opportunity for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families – the Overseas Family Circle Princess and Angel Training and Services Center Inc. (OFCPATSC). Founded during the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic, this institution stands as a testament to the resilience and determination of its visionary leaders.
At the helm of OFCPATSC Philippines is Engr. Enrico Duarte Navotas, a distinguished Professional Electrical Engineer. With a deep-rooted commitment to serving his fellow OFWs, Enrico, alongside his wife, embarked on a mission to create a haven for those in need of support and skills development.
Located in Bulacan, OFCPATSC Philippines is more than just a training center – it is a sanctuary for empowerment and transformation. Accredited by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), the center offers a wide range of courses tailored to meet the needs of OFWs and their families. From Electrical Installation and Maintenance to Customer Services and Events Management, OFCPATSC equips its students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

What sets OFCPATSC apart is its unwavering commitment to its students’ holistic development. Beyond technical skills, the center fosters a supportive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to dream big and aspire for a brighter future. Through mentorship programs and career guidance initiatives, OFCPATSC ensures that every individual who walks through its doors is given the tools and resources to succeed.
But perhaps the most remarkable aspect of OFCPATSC is its ethos of giving back to the community. Engr. Enrico and his team firmly believe in the power of education to uplift and empower lives. As such, they actively reach out to marginalized communities. With the help of TESDA, they offer scholarships to deserving students, ensuring that no one is left behind in the pursuit of knowledge and opportunity.

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by OFWs and their families, he is driven by a sense of duty and compassion to make a meaningful difference in their lives. His vision for OFCPATSC goes beyond just imparting technical skills – it is about instilling hope, resilience, and a sense of purpose in every individual who crosses paths with the institution.
As OFCPATSC continues to carve its legacy in the educational landscape of the Philippines, one thing remains certain – its unwavering commitment to empowering futures and shaping destinies. In a world fraught with uncertainties, OFCPATSC stands as a beacon of light, illuminating the path toward a brighter, more hopeful tomorrow for all.
