Montalban Project

A vacant lot in Rodriguez, Rizal (formerly known as Montalban) with a total area of 24 and 32 hectares will be developed by Grand Smart Holding Corporation, in partnership with Celebrity Construction Inc. (CCI) and Carron Group of Companies. The following projects are:

Darussalam Heights – A housing project for our Muslim brothers and sisters, complete with amenities for a modern community.
Bespren Ville– A housing project for our Christian brothers and sisters with, complete with amenities for a modern community.
Grand Smart Executive Homes – This exclusive lot area is where the private residences of the founders and directors of Grand Smart Holding Corp. will be built.
Amusement Park – Strategically placed in the area, this Amusement Park will be the first of its kind around the place. This entertainment hub will showcase modern and world class facilities. Having a total area of 13.9 hectares, it aims to bring people from Metro Manila, Antipolo and nearby places.
Water Park – With the goal to continue develop Montalban and place it in the map as a rising place near the Metro, a unique and word-class Waterpark is also planned to be built. The uneven landscape will add to its picturesque effect and scenic view.
