About the President

Mrs. Belen M. Al-Humayed is the woman behind the success of Bison Management Corporation.  She is the company’s Founder and President.  She started several companies and acquired others, mostly in Training, Recruiting, and Human Resource Development.

Her education and schooling started at the feet of her parents, who both taught her that through adversity, you will gain strength and confidence.   Her life goal is to achieve for and through others.  She sees herself as an instrument for a Divine Being, whose purpose is to move among men and create good in a world of chaos and trouble.

Bridging People for a Better Life

Driven by her faith, she continues to motivate her to do good.  Mrs. Belen is now at the stage in life when understanding and compassion for others are end goals that make one happy.    Her father’s diligence and integrity are the greatest influence in business.  He taught her that hard work and honesty are a good combination for building respect among your peers, and she has not strayed from that.

Among the things that she considers as her accomplishment is seeing her grown children have close ties with her and leading their family corporation.  For her, being able to build a family while building a business is the most satisfying experience in her life.

“Selfishness never leads to success. Be of help to others and you reap much more than you have sown.”  These are the words she lives by and wants to share with others.  Clean living gives you peace of mind.  She advises the younger generation to not give up easily. “When you think you’re at the end of your rope, there’s a little more thread that someone may offer to help. Don’t ever give up.” Her heart’s desire is to continue helping more people by creating and maintaining jobs, and sustaining the needs of their employees and their families.
