A 50 hectare land in Alfonso, Cavite is planned to be acquired by Grand Smart Holding Corporation in partnership with the Local Government of Alfonso, and with the support of its present Mayor, Hon. Randy A. Salamat.

The project will also be completed with the joint effort of Cornerstone 8 Realty Corporation, Celebrity Construction Inc. (CCI) and Carron Group of Companies. With good elevation and far from the hustle and bustle of Manila, a Japanese Retirement Community and Vacation Homes is planned to be developed in the area, which boast a really good climate, scenic views, and most importantly, a safe neighborhood.
